What happens at the initial consultation?

The initial consultation is an opportunity for you to meet me to get a sense of whether you would like to work with me. It also offers me a chance to get to know a little bit about you and how I might be able to help you. Normally, we discuss what is going on for you at the moment, as well as getting a sense of your history. If we would like to work together, we discuss what that might look like.

 

How often do we meet?
Normally we meet for 50 minutes at the same time every week for as long as is needed. This can be flexible to accommodate holidays, work commitments.

Where is the practice located?
I work just outside Lymington in a converted barn, and this offers a discreet place to meet.

 

Is there car parking? Is there public transport?

There is car parking.

 

How much does it cost?

£60 per 50 minute session. This is payable online at the end of each month.
